The Ostrich Egg
At last, I have finished decorating an Ostrich egg. It was quite hard to work with, mainly because of the size while holding it
in the palm of my hand. It has a thick shell, much thicker than the goose egg. I got the egg from a mail order catalogue at a cost of £8-50. Expensive, but I think the finished
result means that it can be used as an ornament in it's own right.
